i need a help,or just answer.... plz

i will beat my body when i get angry,sad,same, hoặc tired,
no one understand me.non my friends, boyfriends, parent hoặc people araund me..
i always wonder how is feel when i standing at hàng đầu, đầu trang of building and jump down.
is it crazy hoặc i realy need consull with someone.your answer maybe help me...

Okay. well first things first, try and see a councellor who bạn can talk to about all of your issues. and then try and fix yourself step bởi step. i honestly would never suggest actually killing yourself. try and make an understanding about that. killing yourself never EVER helps. self harm is something that alot of people actally do, but stopping is what i would say. try and write down yuor feelings hoặc even just try and relax a bit. like try having some time on your own just to reflect on yourself.

Yeah, i think thatt talking it out often helps;D i think bạn should just try to work on it l;D i really hope my Lời khuyên helps :D
