suzalulu from code geass (but it's not a Yaoi series), and athrunxkira from Gundam SEED (also not a Yaoi series). But my yêu thích Yaoi series is Hyakujitsu no Bara.

I like BB x L, l x Light, and Mello x Matt from Death Note ( I know it's not a Yaoi show... Geez quit yelling at me). Honestly though I like Junjou Romantica.
