How do bạn make clubs?

Hi,
I know this isn't totally to do with Warriors but I have noticed that many people have made their own fanclan clubs, but I can't seem to figure out how to make a club myself; I have googled it several times but to no avail-either they say there's supposed to be a button on the homepage (which there isn't), hoặc else they bình luận a link which, when bạn click it, signs bạn out of fanpop and brings bạn to the sign in/register screen. Do bạn have to have a certain amount of awards hoặc something? hoặc is there a far thêm simple solution? I'd be mega grateful if people could tell me :)
