I loved the book way better than the movie.

I agree, I liked the caracters I saw in my head more than the ones on the movie, but I did enjoy the movie.

but the movie is not far behind!

I like the movie because I'm a visual person, but you cant really compare it to the book

be it twilight or lotr or..(the list goes on)there are just too many deleted moments in the movies...and what's better than imaginative faces :D

Obviously the book is going to be better. The movie is better at giving you an image of the book, though you get TONS more info from the book. I cried continuously after watching Twilight (I've seen it three times in theatre!) and I didn't do that for the book, but I prolly wouldn't have understood as much as I did if I hadn't read the book.
Jacob IS SOOO HOTT in the movie though!! Even with long hair!!!!!
