There was a lot of technology in Torchwood Cardiff, we know that the 'null filed' was recovered, but is there any indication of any of the other myriad of things that may have survived? and what about the Doctor's Hand?

I found out what happened to the hand, the Doctor got it back and it regenerated and joined rose in the alternate universe.
