Hello, guys. I decide to have this COTM and most of you are "yes" in the poll.

Idea from 3xZ.

- You will nominate at least 3 characters but only once, however, you can change them before the deadline.
- I will closed this nomination when I make a poll.
- Once, when I open the nomination again and you cannot nominate to the winner already.
- Have fun and good luck.

November 2013 - Helia

I picked no and gave the reason that at that time WOTM was on and bạn putted phiếu bầu at that time so I thought it would be rush if we will have two similar contest and now as WOTM is ended I nominated btw of course I will respect other's opinion hơn một năm qua
