Matt Groening intentionally made Bart and Lisa look different than Marge and Homer. He wanted them to stand out. Other characters tend to look like their parents. Look at Milhouse, especially.

Look At Them compared to Homer and Marge.They don't Look like thier parents mabye when bart's 40,lisa's 38 and maggies whatever age she will be then they could look like there parents.

So mabyeastarbucks,mabye milhouse is like his parents because they don't want you to focus on someone else then the main roles.They Don't want to focus on the smmalest detail otherwise they miss the plot.

They dont look like Homer and Marge but maggie and lisa look the same

they have blonde hair and homer had brown and marge has blue

@GeekGirl, blue isn't her natural color, it's grey....

Lisas facial structure and snout resembles marge and barts head is tall like homers especially whenever bart is bald
