I didn’t know how I felt about Kyri being pregnant at first but now I’m bursting and she is too. Dally didn’t kill me but he’s been away for about a week even though Kyri says “ Oh it’s not because of us it’s something else.” But she won’t tell me what. We still go to the lake but she reads mostly now. But sometimes I get bored and run into the lake and splash her while she’s đọc and she runs after me and I catch her. Dally’s Perspective

“Pregnant?” I whisper.

“Yeah.” She says, tears filling her eyes.

My first reaction is to hug her, but then I can’t.

It was my fault we were in this mess.

I needed to clear my head.

So I walked out.

I wish I didn’t.
