Both are extremely overrated.

Harry Potter, I LOATHE Twilight, but between these two horrible creations, if I HAD to choose one, not that I love either, Twilight will come first, it just shows you my profound hatred of Bieber. Both are shameless pieces of bullshit, but Bieber will burn first...
