Who do I get accounts unsuspended?

I just told Jet this but it sometimes does this when bạn xóa your accounts too often. I saw it happen a long while cách đây (4 hoặc 5 years ago?) to a friend and it eventually stopped at some point. Jet was going through a similar issue.
