The English language branched off of the Latin language, not the Egyptian language, for one thing. For another, when the English language was first developed, we knew little about anchient Egypt, if anything at all, and the sun would have been named before the Rosetta Stone was even discovered, considering that the discovery of the Rosetta Stone was fairly gần đây on the time line.
