Recommendations, maybe? [Calling one and all!!]

I'm looking for an interesting roleplay to tham gia - one that has a good plot, and intriguing story. I would very much prefer a diễn đàn that isn't too far along yet, so that I won't have much to catch up on, but hasn't been abandoned.
I like mythical-themed roleplays, but real-world tough ones are excellent as well. Perhaps not yet another fantaisie school roleplay, though... that's been a bit overused, in my book.
So, any suggestions?
(P.S, Now that I think about it, I must add that I do tình yêu a good dose of gore and scandal.)
