piper is most powerful..she has the strongest power which based also in her emotions so when she's angry her power is more and more stronger and painful for the enemy...! next is prue because she might had telekinesis as paige but her power is also based most on her emotions..but paige's is just to orb some stuff on the enemy ..
phoebe's levitation power is strong enough but not as much as the others;)
