I still don't get how people say she and Hook have chemistry.

Ugh, the woman ending up with her baby daddy is so boring and predictable...plus, having that on a family show would just feel like they were pushing some sappy family values crap on us.

Emma and Hook have so much chemistry. And I've always been a fan of the good girl/bad guy love stories. Emma and Neal scenes make me yawn.

I hate to break it to you but the good girl ending up with the bad boy is even more predictable. Beside the show already has one, Rumple and Belle, so we don't need another one. One is great but two is really sappy and over done. The woman ending up with her baby daddy hasn't been done on the show besides with them so it adds more uniqueness and diversity to the show. I have no idea how Hook and Emma have chemistry, they have as much chemistry as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen.

The woman ending up with the baby daddy is predictable in a family show way of let's force family morals on you. Rumple and Belle may already be a good girl/bad guy couple but other than that their relationship is very different from Emma and Hook's because they're pretty different characters.
They heat up the screen together...don't see how anyone can not see the chemistry.
I'd rather cut my arm off than watch Twilight...so I can't say anything for their chemistry...but the books made me roll my eyes a thousand times....and I would NEVER compare CS to the "romance" in that trash.

Twilight is a prize compared to Captain Swan. Besides Emma actually loves Neal and he loves her. Hook is too obsessed with his lost love, Milah. Hook just playful flirts with her to get on her nerves and she can't stand him. Yeah that's REALLY good chemistry. I really hope Captain Swan doesn't happen, I'd rather have sex with a cactus than have that happen. Emma is WAY too awesome for him.

I've never seen anything implying Emma can't stand Hook. Yes, he was too lost in his revenge for Milah at first, but he definitely has an interest in Emma and being with her would be good for him.
Neal is Emma's past, Hook is her future.
And she is NOT too awesome for him...they are both great and would be amazing together.

Neal maybe her past but they still love each other. Also Hook SUCKS! Hook is just a natural flirt, Emma isn't anything different from others. In a deleted scene he flirted with Ruby. He flirts with every attractive woman he meets because he's just a natural flirt. Also nothing implies that Emma can't stand Hook? How about the fact that every time he flirts with her she has a look of disdain on her face. She's so irritated by him to get him to shut up she causes him pain so he'll stop flirting with her and actually answer her questions. They're a typical, undeveloped, Twilight chemistry, bad love-hate, bad boy and good girl couple. I've seen many of them one and they're not done very well. Also I never said Bella and Edward were better, they're absolutely AWFUL, but so are Hook and Emma, not as much, but still. If Emma and Hook have a future I hope it's her punching him in the face and staying true to Neal.
