Everyone being, of course, everyone who ships Rose and the Doctor.  :D I tried to make one giant fic rec post but it was HUGE.  Because I’ve read a cubic fuckton of fanfiction (most of it decent, some of it phenomenal, and a very small bit down right awful).  I’ve split it up by Doctor and marked those that are part of a series and those that are NSFW.
