Well, from my already known knowledge of Naruto, I'd say his bloodline trait is unknown, but people with a monster sealed inside of them are a bloodline trait.

Example: Naruto, Gaara and Sora

I'm not yet sure of his second element, but im hoping its Earth ^.-
