Yeh it could be but I think that also they may have joined up with the other survivors. And then that group of what must be about 20 survivors have joined up with the others maybe. The if a war does happen like Charles Widmore said and it turns out it is between the others and the dharma initiative then there could be survivors on both sides.

I don't think that Sawyer(the man who never stopped looking for the Oceanic 6)said "How cares about Rose and Bernard?" and just left them behind.Probably,he had been searching them,too.They may are in Dharma and we'll see them in one of the next episodes...
