{{Sofia's Point of View.}}
~~

I was awoken bởi my very tiếp theo deep cycle of sleep. A foggy, dull plugging sound settled in my ears. Between intervals of gentle speaking, there was rain.
"The telephone is for you."
Sebastian's urgent voice flooded into my head, and I turned slowly over and stared at his pale complexion, dotted with fast moving black shadows casted from the large window. I narrowed my eyes as him and rolled out of the thick, suffocating amount of sheets.

There were no lights on in the hall. The sound of the raindrops on the high roof seemed to terminate as I entered a small cubby where the phone laid unhooked on a gold-framed bàn shoved far against the back wall.
"Hello?" I picked up the receiver and spoke, trying to sound as awake as possible.
"Good evening!" a cheerful voice rang on the other end. It was familiar and mature. "Is this Ms. Abadie?"
"Indeed. What is it."
"I'd like for bạn to take a visit to the Basilica tomorrow morning."
It phased me that I hadn't thought much about the monument since that day.
I paused, neatly hung up the phone without an answer, and swiftly returned to the room, passing Sebastian in the hallway and brushing his shoulder, to which he turned to me and smiled.

I opened the paperback book with ease and stared at the pages. I admit I was uninterested in what blurry words I could make out. My head ached with no sign of let up. My body felt as though bricks were slowly being laid upon me. My vision fogged slowly... and I slipped into sleep's spell.

My eyes snapped open to a room still lit. I scrubbed my face with one sleeved arm as the door clicked open.
It was my mother. She stepped phía trước, chuyển tiếp awkwardly, loosely. Her deep red nails resembled claws, curling at their chipped ends. I was... almost happy. I wanted to hug her. I wanted to reach out to Kiss her.
“Sofia,” she spoke. I was shocked to find that I couldn't move. I was adhered to the bed. I shook and the giường shook. She reached into her mint áo, áo khoác and took something from it, something bulbous from the swell of her breast. A pistol. My chest clenched and I felt the panic rise deep within my stomach. She aimed carefully at my neck. Her spine suddenly looked twisted, like some sort of splintered and broken chair. I wanted someone. I needed— and then it wasn't. It wasn't my mother. It was a man. I stared at it's legs, shockingly furry. All of it was. With dirty hooves for feet and disgustingly twisted arms that presented talons like shattered glass. It's aura burned intensely, and it's tail flicked to and fro. In stepped phía trước, chuyển tiếp with loud thuds like dropping a đàn piano from the 7th floor. I shut my eyes tightly, but as the opened again, I nearly convulsed to find the creature looming exactly over me. I saw it's face. It was as white as snow. I saw that it had hair the color of a raven, and dark spherical eyes that washed and mixed together with shades of red that clouded together. And finally, it opened it's mouth to—

I screamed.
I was in my bed—Ciel's bed—writhing, shouting crying. Yes, I was crying. The dampness on my cheeks felt so unfamiliar. Through the window pane I saw that it was night. The thunder clapped and flashes of electric white flames quivered violently in the heavens. My eardrums rung and my eyes began to sting.
I wanted to yell for God.
Save me, relinquish me from this terror.
The vermin sprung before the trap đám mây clasp it, and the door slowly swung open with no general hastiness.
“My lady, I'm sure such a horrific shriek could be heard all the way to Brustles. What ever is the matter?” Sebastian shadow slithered in, his eyes like rubies through the coldly black, desolate and spacious room.
I shivered, Nữ hoàng băng giá beneath the sheets. I suddenly felt as though I shouldn't have been in Ciel's room; like I shouldn't have been.
“Sebastian,” I groaned, and he stepped all the way through the doorway to reveal an array of shimmering, gold-coated candlesticks that he held in his fist, that flickered hotly and shyly at the other side of the bed. If I was back home... if I was just back home... I would be alone.
Sebastian glided smoothly to my side. The candlelight danced calmly on his white skin. I continued to weep silently, attempting to squeeze the tears in with unbearably tight eyelids. His icy fingers that spun softly through my long, sweat-soaked hair were a luxury.

“You didn't have to come in here.” I said, tugging on my nightgown collar, that was also covered in droplets of tears and perspiration.
“Oh, but I did. Finnian and Maylene were simply in a fit over that ghastly sound bạn made. It's this storm, bạn know.” he face pivoted to the window to watch the falling rain rap the glass harshly. “it's puts everyone's mind into a state of fictitiousness, leaving ample room for the imagination to grab a hold on the reins and run wild. Well, in humans, anyway.”
The sensation of his lips on my drooling wet cheek was malicious. When he held the light closer to cast deep shadows on his own face, I saw it there; a demon.
“Those with a greater hatred for the night are often afraid of it most of all. But sometimes, life is fearful... and dark.”
The rain had reciprocated to a rushing, hushed howl.

“I used to think my mother wanted me dead.” I said. I felt the lids of my eyes begin to drop. “I used to think she wanted to kill me because I found happiness in an arranged marriage, and she didn't.”
“Your parents marriage was arranged?” Sebastian questioned, unwavering. I didn't respond.
“She would stand in my bedroom doorway at night in I laid down hoặc slept, just... watching me. Instead I would stare out the window, and barely got any sleep at all."
Sebastian held his poker face, but slowly sat down on the edge of the bed.
“And your mother. Was she an unhappy woman?” he asked.
“I don't know.” I retorted. “When I was 7, she would sing to me. That was the only time I ever saw her give a little smile.” I shielded my glance from the blinding light of the candles.
“Jack and Jill went up a đồi núi, hill to fetch a pail of water,” I started, feeling a pain in my throat like I had swallowed a desert. Sebastian's guard dog-like stare focused on me. “Jack fell down and broke his crown, and Jill came tumbling after...” I paused. “...I forgot the rest.”
Sebastian turned and chuckled, and the final heat of the lightning flashed quickly, and was gone. I laid my head against the cái gối, gối once again, and fell into a much deeper state of dreaming then my last. Sebastian rose from the giường and drifted to the door before blowing out the candles.
“Up Jack got, and trang chủ did trot, as fast as he could caper...” the butler's voice faded to a hum as he descended down the hallway like a ghost.

He flashed me a fake smile. He showed fake affection.
Nothing was real.

I wanted to slap him. Break down and scream "show me how bạn really feel, not the actions bạn were told to preform." I hated him. I loved him. I was afraid of him. I felt feeble when I was near him, like I was nothing. Just a speck on the windshield of his car called Life. But nonetheless, he would pull me into his arms when no one was around... when the lights had gone out... and press his lips onto mine without order-- like he wanted to. But I told myself that was all a lie. It all was. Somewhere above, God was drawing...

It was one of those days after the rain. Not a cầu vồng in the dull sky, but the sun still found it's way through some cracks in the clouds.

No guests today. No stubborn foreigners to raid me of my wealth, no having to watch elderly men be booted from the front gate. No lecherous older woman to caress my cheek with their bony fingers.

Only time to sit and stare at the large room that stood still before me, seeming just as restless as I.

Sigh. Kill me.

"Young Master..."
I looked up from tapping my fingers together in my lap at Sebastian. I must have shocked him with a exhausted glare, because he stopped...

My legs were aching in pulsing waves as I swiftly crunched through the autumn leaves blanketed across the ground.
"You can't run forever," a screeching voice yowled in the lonely, black distance behind me. "We're coming for you!"
I huffed harder trying to escape the territory. The gigantic full moon was almost completely covered bởi clouds with only a few specks of white light shining upon the ground. As soon as I was outside of the enemy line, I continued sprinting toward my lands as fast as my short legs could take me. To my horror, still, lifeless bodies scattered the area. I scanned through...

This is real. Well, the CHARACTERS aren't real, but the strange happening was. As I type, my friend Kieran/chocopockyninja if feeding my information on his ghost story. This happened to him while we were talking on Meebo chat, so beware...

-------------------------------------------------

I giggled slightly, but continued typing. Duncan stood behind me and the computer pouring coffee. It was night time here at the collage, and me and Duncan like to come down stairs at around 11:00 pm to watch TV and eat stuff we can't during the day.
"Who are bạn talking to?" He asked as he sat down tiếp theo to me...

One of my all-time yêu thích episodes of Ranma 1/2. It really shows the bizarre contrast between all the characters, in just one episode! I hiển thị this to all of my cousins who are interested in anime, and they can never guess the twist at the end! ;)
