He would definitely be a great dad!!!
Cuddy is also caring and really wants a kid but Chase has an instinctive talent with themQ

Chase, Cuddy, Cameron, they ALL have the classic ''ooohhh, children are so cute, we're gonna speak to them in weird, cheesy voices''etc. The one who REALLY has a connection with children is House. Children go talk to him, they communicate, he treats them as adults but with his own boyishness (plus he's funny!),and children respect that!

He don't know what to say sometimes! Like a father xD.

I actually agree with kat78 that House's philosophy with children is refreshing and unique but not neccesarily good for kids. Treating them like adults is not always good because well....they aren't adults to put it frankly. Chase listens to the kids and they always feel like they can trust him. Cuddy is not good with kids, she wants to be (desperatly in fact) but the fact is she hasn't learnt how to interact with them.

For the most part, I think House is only good with kids when they have dumb parents.

Chase is really natural and playful with kids. I especially loved his interaction with the girl in Autopsy. :)

I think Foreman has been pretty good with children. But Chase seems to get along quite well with kids.

I think she has the best attitude towards kids. I think if (when) Cuddy actually becomes a parent she'll learn to interact with kids better. It's just that she doesn't have much experience with them that makes her seem kind of... well, inexperienced :)

Chase not only kissed a little girl, he was also incedibly mean about that little girl in "Heavy."

I agree with kat78 about House treating kids like actual people and not some kind of inferior alien life form. I remember hating when adults talked to me in that I'll-speak-slowly-and-in-incredibly-simple­-wo­rds­-so­-th­e-c­hil­d-i­sn'­t-t­oo-­con­fus­ed-­the­-po­or-­thi­ng voice. Kids appreciate being considered equal, and House does treat them like he treats everyone else. Some kids like that (think about the kid in "Lines in the Sand" - House didn't give him special treatment simply because of his autism, and the kid seemed to be grateful for that).

House is really good with clinic children.

House actually does pretty well with children, though. I mean think about it...some of the clinic children, the little girl that wandered into his office, the autistic boy from Lines in the Sand...I agree alot with _lina_.
