So, I've been in this fandom for almost a năm now...

But, your fanfictions are so good :3
I've also had trouble with finding my place in the fandom. But really, bạn caring so much about Hetalia has already được trao plenty back to it. =) If I was Himaruya, I would be honored. But if bạn really want to feel thêm involved, cosplaying is a good idea. As awful as my cosplay was (I never really learned how to properly sew XD) it was still a lot of fun. Especially if bạn ever get the chance to go to anime conventions. They're great places to interact with the fandom. ^ ^ It doesn't matter what character bạn look like, what matters is what character bạn tình yêu and tình yêu to represent~ bạn could always try your hand at making Hetalia AMV's. They're so exciting to put together and bạn can inspire a lot of people through them :3 I've made a few and it's really fun. hoặc bạn can even try CMV's! hoặc bạn can make fanart! And if you're not the best artist now bạn can progress and make some really beautiful pictures like you've seen all throughout the fandom. And age doesn't matter XD Most Hetalia những người hâm mộ are teenagers right now but we all know we are still going to still tình yêu it when we grow up and want to be apart of it. I know I will =)

bạn being in the fandom is a great contribution enough. It always does good to a fandom when it has role model người hâm mộ in it. I also think you’ve already contributed a lot with your write ups. bạn give us a break from getting stuck in a long-winded plot unlike many fanfics. Cosplaying would be cool as well. Age won’t really matter. bạn know pretty well that I’m in the same thuyền as you. I actually think Hetalia was originally meant for adult những người hâm mộ like people who were around the same age as Himaruya, based on the hints on the blog requests and racy contents. But bạn know, there are thêm active teenagers online so no wonder we are outnumbered.

Being in the fandom is enough, personally. If you'd like to cosplay but cant sew anything, then try saving up some money to buy a fairly decent cosplay. If you've never cosplayed to a con, then do what I'm planning on doing my first time and start out with small, not-so-popular cons in your area. Even if bạn don't stay in character, that's fine! I've been in this fandom about a năm myself and if I've noticed one thing its that everyone in this fandom supports each other no matter what! c: If I were you, I would probably cosplay out to a mall hoặc something first, just to get used to the idea of being seen with it out in public. Then, it wont seem so different while around other cosplayers.

Also, trust me, you're never too old! c: I'm still much younger than you, but honestly many other Hetalians my age look up to the older people in the fandom as role models. You'd never look 'weird' hoặc 'too old' for any of the stuff bạn want to do. c:

Well, I'm exactly in the same thuyền as you! ~ I've done far less than anybody here. I've tried my hand at fanfictions, rping, drawing, doing covers of the songs... but I always manage to just be inconsistent at all of them and never bother posting anything that I've made. I would really like to try making AMV's and cosplaying too, but I never really had the time to do anything lately. :( I've felt the same way in many different fandoms, but I can't really do anything to give back to them because they've done so much for me. Although just being in a fandom and being immensely grateful to it is probably already very honoring to the creator. ~ But bạn should keep trying to find something bạn like if bạn really want to. =) I'm sure bạn can find something to give back to the fandom if bạn really want to.
