I was quite surprised when I first heard that, but in ways I think it's true. Because in another interview I heard, J.K. Rowling đã đưa ý kiến something along the lines that had Snape not loved Lily, he wouldn't have done any of what he did to help save Harry. So, in a way, I guess he's not a good guy hoặc a hero, because you'd expect them people to help without self-gain hoặc một giây thought about it. I tình yêu Snape's character, though, and it's his personality as it is that does that. So, I don't think the knowledge that he isn't necessarily a hero makes him any less of a great character.
