this is just what i think... the bit of Voldemort´s soul inside of Harry doesn´t work the same way as it work in a "real" Horcrux... bạn know an object, something without life.

that's a very good question... I think it's because Voldemort didn't mean to create a Horrocrux in Harry it was something unplanned unlike the other Horcruxes...

Maybe it's because, with The Diray, it possessed Ginny cos it needed to, to open the chamber, recorporialise etc. but the Horcrux is made to protect, so if the one in harry possessed someone then it'd kinda give it away that it was there
