I'm Norwegian, but I lived in England when I learned English and therefor I speak with an English accent. I reckon you'd be fine. I wouldn't be offended, and I don't think too many would see any harm in it. After all, imitation is the highest form of flattery. I personally tình yêu British accents. I spent some of the most important years of my childhood in England, and so I see it as a một giây home. Hearing British accents makes me feel all fuzzy inside, it brings back memories and all that jazz. My English teacher in Norway is American, and all of the students have American accents. (All the American TV shows they send here are, of course, to blame). They're all awfully amazed when I speak English. It's kind of fun ;)

I wouldn't be offended, but it could get annoying. If bạn spoke in the wrong accent, people may think you're a git. I wouldn't, but a lot of people are idiots. Thank bạn for loving our accent!
