(Spoiler is fine) Can someone tell me whether Georgina is the real Gossip Girl?

I'm watching season 5 now and just found that Georgina was the one who sent the video of Chuck and Blair behind the wedding with Louis. Is she the real Gossip Girl, hoặc was she just acted as Gossip Girl to ruin Blair's wedding?
