Not the most exciting episode... but the scenes were still great and it was one of the best of season 3. I was a little disappointed by the ending though. I didn't get the same feeling as I had in 3x04 when she conquered Astapor.

That was rather pathetic for a season finale.

A little bit...lame. There're gems, but they don't make a diamond.
I ,liked the small council, the scene between Tywin and Tyrion, between Frey and Bolton, between Jon and Ygritte and the Stannis-Thread with Davos' reading-skills.
Ramsay and Theon and the sausage was kinda cheesy.
But what a banal ending, absolutely disappointing.

That was just... really dafaq. Like Varys and Shae... what was THAT for? And Cersei and Tyrion, oh crap... And the Greyjoys... it was rather odd for them to pop up just like this, after being gone for the entire season. Too much Theon again, though what Ramsay did with that sausage... I know I will burn in hell, but I laughed so hard. That actor is too awesome.
I am really weary of Davos and his reading, as for Davos and Gendry chat... would have been better if we saw a snapshot of freaking TOMMEN. (For instance, Cersei could have been playing with Tommen, when Jaime arrived, whatever...)
Bran was SO boring and more Stark slaughter, what for??? That wolf thing looked ridiculous. They should have put that head on a spike next to Robb's head or something, this looked silly. And to make Arya see it was also unnecessarily cruel.
Where is Margaery? Like, I honestly really do appreciate Lord Walder humor (no irony here, I really do) and his scene with Bolton was fairly amusing and somewhat necessary to bring the Greyjoys back, it was still too long to the level of pointlessness.
Tywin, Tyrion and Joffrey were amazing on the small council. Jaime's homecoming was a nice scene too. Daenerys was cool, the way she stood there with Selmy and Jorah and the Unsullied, the music was pretty on-the-spot in that scene too but somehow it still left me with the awkward feeling of craving some badassness.
I honestly enjoyed the Night's Watch scenes though. It felt like going back to the first season, a bit of nostalgia. Pyp, Sam, Jon, Aemon, Castle Black. It was great. And Gilly is cute. Not to mention her baby.
Apart from these four scenes however...
Oh Jon and Ygritte??? What was THAT? And the Hound and Arya... Maisie Williams screwed up that killing scene again and the writing wasn't on top either... Just gave me a headache.

I guess people were expecting something big, because it's the finale, but... isn't that kinda what the wedding was for? Although this episode wasn't that exciting, I understand the need to just step back, take a breath, line things up for next season. I thought it was satisfying.

I liked the Arya/Hound stuff, I thought Maisie did a great job. The Jon/Ygritte scene made me feel things. Her face kills me. I almost liked Stannis for the first time. And Davos. Tywin vs. King Prickface was great.

Mostly just glad to see Asha again. Gonna spend the next year trying to convince myself there's a small possibility that her plan might actually work.

Asha is one of my faves in the book and the show made her even better in this epizode, so I´m greatful for that:) Perfect Tywin, Tyrion, Davos, Arya, Sam and Gilly.
