^How? Name one time they criticized her. No, the parents obviously did not know how to handle the situation because the power was obviously rare. I hear a lot of people saying that they abused Elsa, but they thought they were protecting her. Obviously, they didn't but it's annoying to hear people constantly blaming the parents, when yes they did wrong and made bad choices to affect the plot, but so did Anna and Elsa.
