fanpop Should the number of members needed for a club to have a background image be lowered?

Currently, a club needs over 5000 members to have a background image. This generally means that only clubs of main fandom subjects, or very popular characters/pairing etc, can have backgrounds. If a club is for something rarer or less popular, it's almost impossible to get a background.

At first I was gonna say no because of feature abuse reasons. But then I remembered that save for the big, popular fandoms and clubs like random, there is too little activity on this site for 5000 to be a fair number imo.

Like all of those niche fandoms and rare pairs kinda get screwed over.

I wouldn't say reduce it to 10 members like with changing banners and icons. Maybe 100 members? Or 500?
