That looks like the vintage format. Did bạn accidentally click on the link to use that uploading method? hoặc was it a temporary glitch? I've just added an image and the normal method worked fine for me.
As Flicker mentioned, that's definitely the old format. bạn probably accidentally toggled it somehow. It should go back to the newest one if bạn leave the image uploading tab and go back to it.
