Can a medal be Mất tích if a lot of contributions in the club are removed hoặc deleted, e.g. broken videos?

I know that a medal can't be Mất tích if bạn unfan and then rejoin a club (it reappears eventually). But if the contributions which originally earned the medal are removed, is the medal removed from that user too?

^ I think it was. That happened when the site was being super glitchy and the whole contribute danh sách got wonky. When people got huy chương for spots they didn't even contribute to.
