Joined fanpop for 10 minutes, then IP banned- why?

Hi. So I got my friend to tham gia fanpop, 10 phút after she joined she got banned.

All that she was able to do within that time is set an icon, tham gia a club and add art to it. (The art was age appropriate and had nothing wrong with it). She was then logged out and banned for "previous abuses"

Then she tried joining again- same result with a quicker time.

I tried contacting the help bàn and I didn't get a reply (or it got buried in my inbox), and same result when I đã đăng on Dave's wall. I just pm'd him hoping for a better result but trước đó experiences make me feel a bit hopeless.
