Are fanpoppers allowed to publicly ask others to help them get a medal?

There's a Fanpopper who created a phiếu bầu asking for people to help them get a medal on that certain club. I read somewhere that it's against fanpop rules , but I'm not sure. It really bugs me when there is a phiếu bầu that doesn't directly relate to the fanspot itself. Should I báo cáo the poll, hoặc just leave it? Am I overreacting?

I would definitely báo cáo it. And I would write in the notes that it is begging for help in medal whoring. I would also leave a rude comment, but thats just happy-go-lucky me :D
