I love Pocahontas' dress and think its the most underrated. I also think Ariel's pink dress is really underrated as well a few others, but Pocahontas' outfit the most.

It's simple but pretty, other outfits like Ariel's pink dress are ugly IMO, and there for they deserve to be disliked

Pocahontas' outfit is beautiful, but people just go "blegh, boring, beige" and move on.
Another underrated one is Belle's green dress. Most people hate it but it's her only non-sequel outfit that I like. The other outfit I like her in is the red number at the end of EC. I watched that today, even though it's August. I forgot how much I fucking LOVE that film.

A lot of them are underrated, but I always felt like Cinderella's pink dress was so beautiful, but it is so underrated because everyone is gushing over her other "official" silvery white dress.
