They're kind of similar, many people I know compare Eugene to Aladdin. I think Eugene would get along with everyone though.

They're thieves and they're adventurous. But to unwind and talk about something else, I think they'd run into a block. Because Aladdin lives in a third world country, lived in poverty (he wore rags) and is modern thinking in terms of girlfriends because he had tons before he met Jasmine. Eugene lives in a rich land, he wasn't poor like Aladdin (he didn't steal food and he had plenty of clothes on his back) and as far as we know he hasn't been with anyone else but Rapunzel on a romantic level.

I always despised Aladdin because he only liked Jasmine for her beauty, So I think that Phillip would suit him, ...i'm not doing this correctly am I? Well he's the closest right???

@hajirah4 - I think it's up to you, how you do it. I'm thinking outside of the box for my answers/choices. Film references obviously but leaning more towards reality; "what if" the princes were as sociable as the princesses? What if they were still animated/had the same hobbies/same clothes but had 3-dimensional personalities and emotions? It's makes the possibilities more fun.

Flynn wouldn't be real friends with anyone. He's a loner who doesn't open up to anyone.

However, he does hang out with the Stabbingtons because they can help him carry out heists. The only other prince who would do that is Aladdin. Well, maybe Naveen might since he's desperate enough for the money--but Naveen has no suitable skills, so Flynn wouldn't bother with that loser.

So, Aladdin would be his "best" friend, but they still wouldn't be friends.
