It’s no secret that Ariana Grande loves dogs, and in January she adopted her sixth adorable pooch. But now the pint-sized popstar is on a mission to make her fans just as canine-crazy as she is, combining one of her concerts with a dog adoption rally.

Ariana – who is currently dating Big Sean – has more than one love in her life, not just her rapper beau but pooches Sirius Black, Cinnamon, Fawkes, Coco, Toulouse, and Ophelia. And as she has no more room for another pet pal, she’s paid the rescue fees for 15 more puppies, and will be offering them up for adoption during her shows at Madison Square Garden in New York this weekend.

The 21-year-old made the announcement via Instagram on Friday (Mar 20) posting a statement that read, “Honored and excited to be working w @barkbox on this special surprise for my New York babes. I’m sponsoring 15 adoptable pups from @badassbrooklyn who are in need of a home, a family and some lovin…. which is where y’all come in!”

She continued, “This weekend at both of my MSG shows, there will be a link up on the screen that you can use accompanied by pics of the puppies before / in between Cashmere’s set, Rixton’s set, and mine. So if any of these babes happen to steal your heart and you are interested in providing a home for any of them, the link will be right there up on the screen and all adoption fees will have already been taken care of by me.”

Now before anyone out there thinks that the Problem hitmaker will just be tossing puppies into the crowd for any old person to grab, don’t worry, the process is exactly the same as would be for any wannabe dog-owner. The potential new pet parents will be screened as usual to make sure that all the pups are taken to loving homes, the only difference being that the fees have already been paid by Ariana herself.

“The link on the screen will connect you with the BarkBox team who will be able to provide further information / connect you with your pup,” she explained. “Thank you for having a heart and helping these precious babes find homes!”

On Thursday night the star was also spotted cuddling up to the lucky puppies who will hopefully all find suitable homes during her two shows in New York this upcoming weekend.
