Anne Hathaway has something to say about body shaming, and we couldn't agree thêm 

There’s just something extra special about Anne Hathaway. Apart from the fact that she’s an

incredibly talented actress, she always has something positive to say — like when she recently spoke about embracing her post-pregnancy body.

Her latest Instagram post is again full of love and body positivity.

Together with a photo of cut-off denim jeans, Hathaway shared a message that emphasizes how weight can fluctuate during pregnancy — but it’s totally normal, and women should absolutely not feel bad about it.

There is no shame in gaining weight during pregnancy (or ever). There is no shame if it takes longer than you think it will to lose the weight (if you want to lose it at all). There is no shame in finally breaking down and making your own jean shorts because last summer's are just too dang short for this summer's thighs. Bodies change. Bodies grow. Bodies shrink. Her words are a powerful reminder that everyone’s bodies change over time, and there’s no shame in getting creative and switching up what you wear to accommodate those changes.

Come on, let’s think about it for a second. There are roughly 7.4 billion people on Earth, and no two bodies are the same shape or size – which is nothing short of amazing! If everyone in the world looked the same, wouldn’t things get a teensy bit 

Thank you, Anne Hathaway, for reminding us of this simple truth when it can be so easy to get swept away in unrealistic standards for both ourselves and others.
