There are no offical meanings to sociopath and psychopath. They are generally used interchangeably hoặc to indicate some specific personality type characteristic of conscienceless individuals. One type has no self-control, can't disguise their apathy, and is likely to end up in prison just after high school. Unfortunately, the terms are basically useless because there is no official distinction and their exact meaning is dependent on the context and the person using them.
