What is the order of the "roles" in a Yaoi threesome?

Kind of a weird question, but this is the only place I could think to ask. I've been đọc fanfictions, but I really am confused when a threeway pairing pops up (CharacterA x CharacterB x CharacterC). Does it go Seme x Uke x 2nd Seme hoặc Seme x 2nd Seme x Uke? This has been bothering me for a good 3 weeks now, so các câu trả lời are appreciated~
