Sorry fellows, the cirgical removal is out of the qustion, because it will surely grow back again. It is similar to remove an eye ball hoặc a hand of a Vampire: one use its own blood to grow it back.
I can see two ease way outs:
1) The vampire could choose not to heal her himen (snce the healing power is voluntarely) and wake up every night with one point of damage in her body, or
