My game isnt entering in the house....what should i do?

Hi everyone before some days i downloaded some stuff for the sims 2 pets and tha game can see them...ok until here.Then when i returned before some days from a trip i tried to play the game and as i was getting in a house with a family i have the đang tải seems to had done but the game hasnt entered in the house yet...and it was đang tải for the tiếp theo one giờ and thêm what the hell should i do?I wonder if the downloads have made it the problem but in the first days it has no preblem with them...(oh and something thêm as i was in the trip my brother touched the computer hellll!!!)
