Don't know if there already is a thread like this one.

But I personally belive Ryan is having a sexchange. (What I read so far suggests it anyway.) And I don't mean an irl sexchange but a tv sexchange.

I recently read an article where they interviewed the actor playing Ryan and he says that he has made "drastic changes to his body", for his return to The Office.

There has also been hints in several of the episodes.

+He asked Kelly for any money she might have, had sex with her, and then went to Thailand.
Thailand which is pretty famous for just...sexchanges.
