These are of course only my own, personal TOP10 reasons for loving it. :)

1. It's very unlike your standard Disney cartoon. It's dark and psychologically deep and complex story and doesn't sugar áo, áo khoác anything. Even the dead stay dead. Apart from Mufasa's ghost coming to guide Simba, but he was still dead! And unlike usually, the "resurrection" actually works for the story instead of being there to make kids happy. I mean, without the ghost scene the story would've been very different.

2. It bases on Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' mixed with a bit of the story of Moses from the Bible. That makes the story...

Anyone who has seen Lion Guard knows Tiifu and Zuri. But do we really? There are still so many các câu hỏi about this pair of lionesses.

PARENTS
Okay, so first up: parentage. One thing I hear a lot is that they are sisters. I do not believe that, but if bạn do, that is fine. As I do not believe they are sisters, I have separate theories for each, so let's start with Tiifu. There is not a lot behind this (yet!), but I think her dad is one of the rebel lions and her mom could be Kula (please tell me in bình luận if bạn know something about Kula that disproves this - real proof only!)

For Zuri, I...

I think everyone who has seen "The Lion King" and "The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride" phim chiếu rạp can agree that "The Lion Guard" doesn't do
a very good job with fitting in there. I have only seen all of "The Return of the Roar" and several clips from some other episodes. But that's enough to conclude that this TV hiển thị fails miserably as a Lion King series. I'm sure the majority of my fellow Millenials from this fanbase agree with me, but I know there are Lion King những người hâm mộ who nonetheless enjoy and tình yêu this new series. những người hâm mộ who don't think it sucks. Good for you, guys, if bạn can find something to enjoy...

This is fluffy/Kiara
Ok the other night I was just playing a ngẫu nhiên lion king scene in my head. (Don't ask me why I just do that sometimes). Anyway and It hit me. Think about the first scene in the một giây film. When timon and pumbaa are saying how they are going to teach the new baby, saying: "look at the little guy". Then rafiki corrects them bởi saying "it's a girl."

Ok now let's think. If we deleted that scene from the movie the story would flow and nothing would change. So why did they incorporate that in the movie? And the answer is... That's right fluffy was indeed originally supposed to be a boy,I mean think...

After all this waiting I finally saw The Lion King 2019 remake last night and I have to say while it wasn't as amazing hoặc breathtaking as the original, it was still a good remake. For this review I will focus on three things: The parts of this movie I loved, what I was neutral on, and what I hated.

Warning: Spoilers ahead!

Loved:

The opening was done shot for shot to bring back nostalgia for the những người hâm mộ and honestly I did not hate that. The opening chant was even exactly the same! những người hâm mộ grew up with the opening from The Lion King, making memes, hát along, and even hearing the opening song just...

So, here is my comparison on both the animated version and its live-action reboot. Ready?

The Story

While the majority of the story is the same, there are a couple of changes in the story, like we get to see thêm of Scar, Sarabi and Nala shortly after Simba was exiled and Mufasa's death. (Tied)

The Characters

One thing that I am very impressed is that both Nala and Sarabi have thêm character developments in this reboot. I am very happy for her independence and bravery throughout the entire film. (2019 Version)
Scar on the other hand, is very much like King Stefan from Maleficent despite that...

Scar then sneaks to the very hàng đầu, đầu trang of pride rock where the only way up is to take a slanted path behind pride rock, once he got up there he takes a look at the very slowly drying up kingdom then at the grey colorless sky. Scar:" (sigh) mother if your up there watching I hope...

Let's start with the fact how Kopa was never and is not canon nor a movie character at all: link.

But some people think that the thêm believers Kopa has the thêm real he'll become. As in that if many enough believe in him as canon regardless of Disney saying he's not, Disney would make him into what those believers want him to be.

Well, Kopa believers: If I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath. And here's why.

The sách and Kopa are outsider written and look what happened: Disney approved him for profit and childrens' entertainment in sách known only in USA and did not even refer to him in the...

I love this poster.
Hi guys, I tình yêu this film from the bottom of my heart, so I'll nghề viết văn a short review about the film as well as the musical scores and the songs of the legendary film that brought us together.

The Story

Based on Shakepeare's Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. The story has provides moral values that we learn in our lives as we grow up, the first one is the put your past behind bạn and yes, it DOES hurt sometimes. But, we all change it and that we need to improve the future!
The film also promotes parental love, yes we make mistakes in our lives and we learn from it. I truly appreciate that! I was also...

Yes, I know in some cases these people aren't critisising the character so much as the people who wrote him. But I can't defend all the people who have developed Simba at The Walt Disney Company because some of them really messed up, so that tiêu đề will have to do.

Confused Matthew on YouTube and some others criticise that SImba's adult version is completely unrelated to the child version of him. Essentially that his character development was abandoned in the middle of the film. Also, when reviewing "The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar", most seem to label Simba as a racist because he disapproves...

First off; Yes, I do realize It was clearly meant as a parody of the first film and not as an actual serious midquel. At the most it was to give a backstory for Timon and Pumbaa's friendship. And yes, I know that some jungle scenes between Timon, Pumbaa and Simba were written bởi the first film's creators but since we don't know which ones, I wouldn't regard them at all as canon.
And I'm 99% certain that they weren't any of those parenting scenes because they completely and utterly contradict their khẩu hiệu "Hakuna Matata" and from the first film it appears their relationship were bachelor friends,...

I don't think so. And as canon I now mean the sequel movie The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride because it's the main nguồn for those theories.

It's true, they can't hiển thị every little detail about crucial plot parts in a film. But what they can do is refer to everything crucial. Like, in this case, if there had been another cub before Kiara, they could've and would've đã đưa ý kiến so in the film.

In example, they could've had Simba and Nala briefly discuss it instead of how much Kiara reminds them of Simba. Or, combined the two topics.

Nala: "She's just like bạn when bạn were young."
Simba could've replied...

Nuka was born before the Outsiders came to Pride Rock Scar saw that Nuka was both physically and mentally unstable.

Luckily, Zira wouldn't give up hope. One was a girl. Which Scar didn't approve of. She then went out again she lấy trộm, đánh cắp Kovu who was just born. They attacked Zira. But she killed both the parents.

"Born in Grief, Raised in Hate, Helpless to Defy his fate."
-line in "one of us"

Zira didn't tell Kovu he was adopted until he was older. All he told him was Scar wasn't his father. Until one ngày he asked who his real father was and Zira had to tell the truth that she wasn't the real mother.

All lions (including the outsiders) weren't allowed to leave Pride Rock but Scar made an exception for Zira to find a good heir.

An archetype is a model device commonly used in media, and there are quite a few of them present in The Lion King. Sometimes archetypes are used to allow the viewer to make a better connection with a character hoặc narrative, sometimes they are used to symbolise something important, and sometimes they are used simply because it makes sense to do so. Here are just some of the archetypes used in the 1994 animated movie...

Reluctant Hero
This is, of course, Simba. The Reluctant Hero is a common archetype used in a lot of movies, and is normally the protagonist. Simba is the good guy and the rightful...
