Does anyone think that there should have been an alternative ending that shows Eugene never coming back to life bởi Rapunzel's tears.

As much as I tình yêu this film but I felt that the death scene was kinda weird in a way one một phút I was bawling the tiếp theo bạn see this glow forming on Eugene's cheek and your like what the hell is going on. I was glad he came back and all but I wonder why there wasn't an alternative ending to this film.It would have been cool to see what it would have been like if he never woke up despite the fact it would make the movie depressing.

Of ourse I would've been curious to what the movie would be like, but it would've been depressing! If they made alternative ending to movie, they could've put it in the deleted scenes with the others hoặc do it like they did with the other orginal begaings they did.But I keep that way,put it in bonus features with the other stuff on DVD,not in movie.I tình yêu the movie the way it is and wouldn't change it.And I also couldn't chịu, gấu to see Eugene gone forever! I tình yêu him to death and I be heartbroken if he didn't come back.I get heartbroken everytime I see the ending of Pocahontas and see John Smith leaving her(he another fav of mine). And it just be painful to see another sad ending.

That would have pretty much broken my tim, trái tim b/c I tình yêu Flynn, but yes, I do think so. The way it ended seemed almost too much like Beauty & the Beast, and when bạn add the scene with the romantic nighttime boat-ride to that, which was similar to The Little Mermaid, it began to feel slightly ripped-off from the Disney classics. Not that I don't tình yêu the movie- I ADORE this movie, make no mistake, but the similarities were still there and I think perhaps there were new and different ways those scenes could have been handled. It might have also saved Rapunzel from some future heartbreak, because bạn know they say players never truly change, and that definetely fit Flynn before he met Rapunzel.

Nope. I tình yêu Eugene too much.
Although, I have to agree, his reincarnation was so obvious. It would be kinda nice if Disney laid off of the overly happy endings for a change.

bạn are giving an interesting ending here... I honestly tougth that I was the only one that likes tragedy.
Like you, I loved Eugene coming back from death... but another tragic ending would be just cool. I can imagine Rapunzel crying in the funeral, Pascal being sad, tears falling down every where...
I actually read about this idea in Fanfiction. net...
