“Dean, wait!” Cas called agitated. “It’s not what bạn think. I can explain it”
Dean widened his eyes. “I’m waiting” he đã bình luận trembling.
“He đã đưa ý kiến he was going to take me to prison” Cas started, shaking himself. “But I know he can’t do that. He has to follow strict orders from his superiors. So…I knew he was going to take me somewhere else and probably waste me…I had no choice, it was him hoặc me…Dean, bạn have to believe me”
Dean relaxed. “Of course I believe you” he sighed and walked back to Cas. He took his hands and saw the cuffs had cut Cas’ wrists. “I’ll get the key”
While Dean searched for the key, the door went open and Meg appeared in the doorway.
“What are bạn doing here?” Cas snapped hostile.
“Sam told me what happened” Meg explained somewhat apologizing. “I wanted to see how bạn were doing”
“I’m okay” Cas đã đưa ý kiến sober.
“I can see that” Meg scoffed. “If you’re able to kill again”
“He didn’t have a choice!” Dean defended Cas while he removed the cuffs. “He threatened his life”
Meg wanted to respond, but Cas stopped her.
“Can we please not fight?” he begged and he looked up at Meg. “I appreciate your concern, but I want bạn to leave now. It was never my intention to lead bạn on, but I can no longer deny my feelings for Dean and neither can he. If bạn ever loved me, bạn will leave and never come back, so we can be happy together”
Meg fell short of words and air. She blinked and swallowed, determined not to hiển thị any emotion. She backed away, then turned around and left the room as fast as possible. Once outside she sunk down on the floor and allowed herself to cry like a baby. So this was what a broken tim, trái tim felt like.
