I'm sure it's just some immature eight y/o who's completely bored with his life. I've never made contact with this user but I have had experiences with people just like him and I don't take it too much to heart. I'm pretty sure bạn should be able to flag/report this users account. If he keeps bugging you— tell me and I'll hunt him down and karate kick him in the face (no, I'm jk XD) If he keeps bugging bạn can always just click the 'Block User' button at the bottom of the message.
