What do bạn regret doing the most?

for me 2 things. the one happened back in August. My sister was forcing me to eat something and i would not, so she went back to her room and i went after her. she tried blocking me out bởi putting 2 chairs at the door, which i got the door open anyways. so she started yelling at me, were that got me even madder so i Mất tích my control, picked up the chairs and threw them at her. Luckly i did not hurt her. But i did end up in a mental hospital for the first 2 weeks of school. i still regret doing it. the 2nd thing happened about November? October? i forget what month, but i was falling asleep and my sister wanted to talk to me, which im a sleeper and if im falling asleep leave me be. She got mad that i was falling asleep, so she threw a bit of water on me, so i woke up, got rlly mad, and pushed her on hàng đầu, đầu trang of her bed, and start hitting and pounding on her. it got to the point where my grandparents had to call the police on me. i did leave marks on her. i regret this alot.
