Tomorrow 21 June International Yoga Day!

Cool. Happy early Yoga ngày then. Not sure. I always thought of trying it as I find it pretty interesting but at the moment my waist pains me a lot. It's been like this for a month, one moment feeling okay and the other being in pain again. I don't think I'm gonna be practicing it that soon !!!!

Actually I am answering this a week later - but if tomorrow was IYD - I would not be participating - it is against my religion.
