How do I look ?

1st of July is my birthday.....but 30th of june I would go through my arm surgery hoặc they would repair the damage nerves on my left arm caused bởi self distruction. I will be in hospital for a week and will be được trao anesthesia for first 2 days....I hope I do not loose my arm because I dislike artifical arm its so robotic.

I have been saving money from December 2015 to buy a PS4 on my birthday but all the money will be used for surgery hoặc even thêm so I guess I have to wait for my tiếp theo birthday to buy a PS4 :(

So I was thinking If anyone of bạn could buy me a PS4 on my birthday ?
