Yes. During sleep paralysis, I have, though not often, had hallucinations, including little green aliens and their spaceships, b-movie ghost figures, and the Killing Floor Fleshpound.

Probably I have experienced both visual and auditory !!!!

Yes, I've had auditory hallucinations before, mostly like the ones you've described. Although two hoặc three times I've heard a voice that specifically wasn't my own respond to something I thought hoặc said. On one of the first times that happened, I was encouraging myself to do something and was repeating "I can do it" several times before a loud, clear voice from inside my head đã đưa ý kiến "No, bạn can't".
