Have bạn heard the news?

Some of bạn may know, either because you've seen my post on the ngẫu nhiên wall, hoặc because bạn follow the news.
The Japanese parliament voted, and made the decision to allow the Japanese military to fight in oversees wars. This is going to be a harsh wake-up call to the Japanese, who, even now, have often been inclined to pretend foreign problems either didn't exists, hoặc don't effect them.

So I suppose I should get to the question, go ahead and answer one hoặc both.
1. What do bạn think about war, particularly the war on terror.
2. What do bạn think will become of this, will Nhật Bản be changed forever?
