Whenever I feel depressed, I would ether take a short nap hoặc I would put on SNF and just pause at Joey with a smile (like this one), he would make me smile and my depression would just go away like nothing. :)

If its REALLY bad and I cant even do that, I sit there listenign to âm nhạc trying to diagnose the issue and why Im feeling like that, logically trying to argue myself into thinking Im being over dramatic and shouldnt be bothered bởi it.
